**Clinical Responsibilities (Dental Assistant)**:

- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments by passing instruments, suctioning, and providing chairside support.
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain inventory and order dental supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA standards.

**Administrative Responsibilities (Front Office)**:

- Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar.
- Verify patient insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing inquiries.
- Collect co-pays and handle payments, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient service.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
