We are seeking committed and skilled ER-trained Duty Doctors to work in our 24x7 Emergency Department. The role involves immediate assessment and stabilization of emergency patients under the guidance of senior consultants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Emergency Assessment**: Perform initial evaluation and stabilization of patients presenting to the Emergency Room.
- **Triage Support**: Assist in the triage of incoming patients and prioritize care based on clinical severity.
- **Clinical Procedures**: Carry out essential ER procedures such as IV access, wound dressing, suturing, catheterization, and basic airway management.
- **Emergency Response**: Support Code Blue, trauma activations, and critical emergencies as part of the response team.
- **Coordination with Consultants**: Communicate patient updates promptly to ER Consultants and coordinate further management or admission.
- **Medication Administration**: Administer emergency medications as per protocols and under supervision.
- **Monitoring & Documentation**: Monitor patient vitals, update records, and ensure timely documentation in patient files and the EMR system.
- **Patient Handover**: Provide detailed and structured handovers during shift changes.
- **Protocol Compliance**: Follow hospital emergency protocols, infection control measures, and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- MBBS with MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine or ER/EM training certificate or fellowship (preferred)
- Certified training in Emergency/ER services
- Strong clinical and decision-making abilities
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
