Our company is looking for a Fitter maintenance who is highly motivated and has ample experience to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues or malfunctions.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical problems and execute timely repairs to minimize production interruptions.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Utilize hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments, to perform maintenance tasks accurately.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff regarding equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in maintenance and repair techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or fitter in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance principles and practices.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to [specify weight]) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and heights.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during maintenance activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
