**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Mechanic Operator** to assist with the operation, maintenance, and basic repair of mechanical equipment and machinery. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with basic technical knowledge who is eager to learn and grow in a mechanical or maintenance career.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in operating and maintaining mechanical machinery and production equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections).
- Support senior mechanics in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Monitor machine performance and report any irregularities to supervisors.
- Maintain tools and workshop equipment in clean and working order.
- Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.
- Document maintenance activities and complete work orders as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Mechanical or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or maintenance environment (freshers can apply).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical diagrams or manuals (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts or overtime, if required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or machine operations.
- Familiarity with safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Good communication skills and team player attitude.
