**Role In brief**: Quality Inspection

**Team size**: 3 people team in department. Overall employee strength of company is 25.

**Location **of factory is at Mahakali caves road, Andheri east. Company provides pick -up and drop facility in AC van from Andheri (e) station. (commute time from station in van is about 15min in morning and 20 to 25 min in evening.

**Working hours**: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with public holidays and weekly off on Sunday.

**Experience**: 2 to 3 years in Quality Inspection

**CTC**:Rs 2,40,000/
- **Job responsibility**:
To inspect mechanical components, equipment, and systems.

Using precision measuring tools and equipment to verify the dimensions, tolerances, and geometrical features of mechanical parts, ensuring they meet the required specifications.

To verify the quality and suitability of mechanical materials, such as metals or alloys, through visual inspections, material tests (e.g., hardness or chemical composition tests), and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

To familiarize oneself with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality control plans to ensure inspections are conducted based on the provided requirements and procedures.

To collect and analyze data from inspections and tests, identify any deviations, non-conformities, or trends, and work with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with production personnel, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues, provide feedback on inspection results, and contribute to process improvements.

To ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).

**Experience**: 2 to 3 years in Quality Inspection role

**Location**: Preferably within 60 mins radius

**CTC**: Rs 2,40,000/
- **Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
