Interior Designer

**The duties and responsibilities**

1. **Client Consultation**
- **Understanding Client Needs**: Meeting with clients to discuss their goals, preferences, budget, and timeline.
- **Project Brief**: Developing a detailed brief that outlines the scope and expectations of the project.

2. **Design Development**
- **Concept Creation**: Developing design concepts that reflect the client's style and requirements.
- **Space Planning**: Creating efficient and functional layouts that optimize the use of space.
- **Material and Color Selection**: Choosing appropriate materials, finishes, fabrics, and colors.

3. **Technical Drawings and Documentation**
- **CAD Drawings**: Creating detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- **Specifications**: Preparing detailed specifications for materials, furniture, and fixtures.
- **3D Renderings**: Providing visualizations and 3D models to help clients envision the final design.

4. **Project Management**
- **Budget Management**: Estimating costs and managing the project budget.
- **Timeline Coordination**: Creating and adhering to project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.

5. **Sourcing and Procurement**
- **Vendor Liaison**: Identifying and liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for materials and furnishings.
- **Purchasing**: Overseeing the procurement of items and ensuring they meet design specifications and budget constraints.

6. **On-Site Supervision**
- **Installation Oversight**: Supervising the installation of design elements to ensure they are executed as planned.
- **Quality Control**: Checking the quality of workmanship and ensuring compliance with design specifications.

7. **Compliance and Regulations**
- **Building Codes**: Ensuring designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- **Safety Standards**: Adhering to safety and accessibility standards.

8. **Client Presentation and Feedback**
- **Presentations**: Presenting design concepts and plans to clients for approval.
- **Revisions**: Making necessary adjustments based on client feedback.

9. **Sustainability Considerations**
- **Eco-friendly Design**: Incorporating sustainable practices and materials in designs.
- **Energy Efficiency**: Designing spaces that optimize energy use.

10. **Post-Completion Evaluation**
- **Project Review**: Evaluating the completed project to ensure it meets the client's expectations.
- **Follow-Up**: Addressing any post-installation issues or client concerns.

Skills Required

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
