Jewellerysales Officer

**Position**: Jewellery Sales Officer

**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Qualification**: Graduate (any stream)
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year (Jewellery or Retail preferred)
**Industry**: Retail / Jewellery
**Availability**: Immediate Joiners Preferred

**Key Responsibilities:

- **

Customer Service:

- **Greet and engage** with walk-in customers politely and professionally.
- Assist them in **product selection** based on their needs, taste, and occasion.
- Provide **expert product knowledge** (metals, stones, craftsmanship etc.) to help in decision-making.

Sales:

- Encourage **upselling** (higher-value product) and **bundling** (suggest matching items like earrings with a necklace).
- Actively work to **meet or exceed sales targets** and **maximize conversions**.

POS Handling:

- Process **bills, returns, and exchanges** accurately through the POS (Point-of-Sale) system.
- Maintain basic **billing accuracy** and ensure smooth checkout experience.

Store Management:

- Stay updated on **store layout**, new arrivals, and promotions.
- Assist during **exhibitions or promotional events** when required.

Relationship Building:

- Build long-term **customer relationships** by offering personalized service.
- Follow up with loyal customers for festivals, offers, and product launches.
- Confident and **presentable.**:

- Excellent **communication & convincing skills.**:

- Comfortable with **POS systems** and **basic tech tools.**:

- Prior experience in **retail / jewellery store** is a big plus.
- Fluent in **local language (Gujarati/Hindi)** and **basic English.**
