**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter data related to maintenance activities, such as work orders, maintenance requests, inventory records, and other relevant data
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in electronic and/or paper-based systems
- Monitor and track maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and serviced
- Perform regular quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide support to the maintenance team by generating reports and maintaining records as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed on time and accurately
- Ensure that all data is entered in compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data related to maintenance activities

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI/ diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar position
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with maintenance management software is a plus

**Physical Requirements**:The job may require some physical activity, including but not limited to sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time. The data entry operator may need to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

**Working Conditions**:The job may require the data entry operator to work in a variety of environments, including office settings, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. The operator may need to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate maintenance schedules.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
