**Role Overview**:
As a Franchise Sales Representative for Next Brain Mechatronics, you will be responsible for generating and closing leads to sell franchise opportunities. Your goal will be to attract and onboard potential franchisees who are interested in investing in and operating a Next Brain Mechatronics franchise. This position is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance and sales achievements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Process Management**: Guide prospective franchisees through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final contract signing. This includes conducting presentations, answering queries, and providing detailed information about the franchise opportunity.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees to build trust and facilitate successful sales.
- **Market Analysis**: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth. Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and potential leads.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and company standards, and adhere to franchise regulations.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to the franchise sales manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in franchise or business development.
- Strong understanding of franchise sales processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a commission-based role.
- Knowledge of the mechatronics or automation industry is a plus, but not required.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
