**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee the academic functioning of Grades 9 & 10.
- Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum as per CBSE norms.
- Collaborate with teachers on lesson planning, assessments, and academic interventions.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies for academic improvement.
- Conduct regular academic reviews and performance analysis.
- Plan internal exams, board exam preparation schedules, and remedial sessions.
- Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings.
- Mentor students for board exam readiness and overall academic success.
- Facilitate teacher training and professional development programs.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with board requirements.
- Address attendance, discipline, and behavioral issues in coordination with class teachers.
- Act as a communication bridge between school management, staff, students, and parents.
- Postgraduate in any discipline + B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a coordination or academic leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum and board examination procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and school ERP/software tools.
- Experience with NEP guidelines, CCE, and student performance tracking will be an added advantage.
