JOB LOCATION : Ghaziabad location for **(Sahibabad Plant)**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for planning coordinate and manage all plant operation to achieve corporate goals.

2. Responsible for developing and implementing operations plan for profitability with consultation of MD.

3. Responsible for assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities.

4. Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of plant operations program and recommended improvements.

5. Responsible for developing strategies to improve overall quality, cost and productivity

6. Responsible for scheduling regular team meetings to discuss about updates, issues and recommendations

7. Responsible for responding to employee concerns in timely manner.

8. Responsible for providing direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.

9. Responsible for determining staffing requirements and ensure that office positions are filled promptly

10. Responsible for assisting in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, promotion and termination activities.

11. Responsible for ensuring that employee follow company policies and procedures.

12. Responsible for managing related admiration human resources and accounting services to support company operations.

13. Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and preparing continual improvement plan

Authorities:
1. Authorized to take the decision required to achieve corporate goals and profitability

2. Authorized to review performance of process and team and submitting the same for evaluation, promotion and termination.

3. Authorized to review staff requirement
