- Collaborate with the Scrum team to define Sprint goals and actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Demo, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
- Assist in advanced sprint planning to optimize resource allocation and ensure quick time-to-market, demonstrating your ability to manage project timelines effectively.
- Communicate sprint status and potential risks to senior management in a timely manner, showcasing your proactive approach to addressing challenges and ensuring project success.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, leveraging your analytical skills to make informed decisions that drive product enhancements.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Act as a product evangelist to raise awareness and understanding among stakeholders, advocating for product features and improvements to meet market demands.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed, demonstrating your teamwork and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's (BCA) or Master's (MCA) degree in Computer Applications or a related field.
- Strong interest in product management and familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
