Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product

reference information.

Qualify sales leads in line with target customer criteria

Collate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtained

Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing

activities.
