**Qualification for an approved Assistant Professor**:
A MBA degree in Marketing, HR & Operations with at least 55% marks in particular stream (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

UGC Net qualified certificates

OR

Maharashtra SET/SLET qualified certificates

**Assistant Professor Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support to Professors and other staff.
- Representing the university at conferences and delivering presentations when necessary.
- Teaching and supervising graduate and Post graduate students.
- Providing Professors and Department Heads with feedback on student progress.
- Attending faculty and departmental meetings and voicing concerns or providing suggestions for improvement.

Assistant Professor Requirements:

- MBA with First class
- Teaching experience in a university setting.
- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and engaging with students.
- Patience, understanding, and willingness to help.

**Education Qualification**:
MBA/PGDM (Full Time)

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
