**Job Summary**
The Controller of Examinations will oversee all examination-related activities, ensuring the efficient and transparent administration of assessments, adherence to academic regulations, and the maintenance of high-quality standards. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Plan and schedule academic examinations.
- Manage the conduct of exams, ensuring smooth operations.
- Supervise evaluation, result processing, and issuance of certificates.
- Ensure compliance with examination regulations and address grievances.
- Maintain secure records of examination data and results.
- Coordinate with departments and prepare reports for authorities.
- Strong knowledge of examination regulations and academic policies.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle pressure during peak periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
