Eligibility criteria:

- Available to invest yourself into the mission in a full-time capacity
- Relevant experience in performance marketing for fast-moving start-ups and brands with managing and scaling large marketing budgets. A Startup background will be a preference, but not a must.
- Has a track record of planning and executing high-value B2B marketing campaigns
- Aspiration to build & lead a team of performance marketing
- Analytical & data-driven approach with experience in working with multiple performance marketing tools
- Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning and execution of performance marketing activities i.e. PPC, DSA, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max etc. This involves competition monitoring, creating and optimizing campaigns, preparing reports or driving & sharing insights.
- Develop PPC strategies to research, build and expand campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ad copies and placements & Analyse and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using smart bidding strategies and LTV bidding. Optimize bidding at the keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Prepare weekly monthly, quarterly, annual & long term budgets and reports on ad/media performance including CPL, CPA, ROI and ROAS. Perform conversion optimization strategy by optimizing ad copy, A/B testing, to maximize ROAS, margins and quality score across engines.
- Regularly perform keyword research and competitor analysis, search query data and negative search terms to add/remove campaign keywords.
- Write, review, analyse and optimize an engaging and concise copy on ads and landing pages to boost click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Track and build data-driven improvements for ad targeting/ media spending and work on analytics to set up optimal measurement capability & setup end to end analytics dashboard for every marketing activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the overall vision of the company
