- Summary:

- Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions to optimize the recruitment process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including representing the company at job fairs, industry events, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a successful track record of filling positions across various levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
