Preschool Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum to promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where children feel valued, respected, and supported.
- Foster a love for learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, music, art, and play-based activities.
- Observe and assess children's progress, and provide feedback to parents on their child's development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate classroom activities, events, and field trips.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents or concerns that arise.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's learning and development, and address any questions or concerns.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and behavioral expectations in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Clear background check and/or any other requirements mandated by local regulations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
