As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, supervising employees, monitoring workflow, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet the company's objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the production floor, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of production workers to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that orders are completed on time
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor production processes, adjusting workflows and resources as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Review production performance and provide recommendations for improvements in processes and productivity.
- Ensure that quality control procedures are followed, and products meet required specifications.
- Fluency in Hindi spoken is required.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi to effectively interact with employees
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
