Floor Coordinator [Bodyshop] reports to Floor In-Charge [Bodyshop] and plays a vital role in improving manpower and bay productivity pertaining to the bays allocated in the Bodyshop. Critical Activities of Floor Coordinator [Bodyshop] includes, Ensuring Safe Working Environment, Identifying and resolving the bottle neck processes, Reducing Idle time of Technicians via proper allocation of work, Ensuring high customer satisfaction level and to support, motivate & overview the team and individual’s performance. Floor Coordinator [Bodyshop] work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
