**Job Summary**: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data in our systems.

**Job Responsibilites**:
Input and update product information, sales transactions, and inventory data into our database with precision and timeliness.

Verify and cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies that may arise during the data entry process.

Generate reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel to track inventory levels, sales trends, and other relevant data for analysis.

Collaborate with various departments to gather and compile data for reporting and analysis purposes.

Assist in the preparation and organization of data for audits and periodic inventory checks.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.

Proficient in MS Excel, including data manipulation, filtering, and formula functions. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
