**Job Description**:

- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions leveraging Azure AD as the primary identity provider.
- Configure and manage Azure AD features like user provisioning, multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access, and self-service password reset (SSPR).
- Design and implement access controls for cloud resources (e.g., Azure subscriptions, Microsoft 365 workloads) using Azure AD roles and groups.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IAM trends and technologies, including Azure AD advancements.
- Identify and implement best practices for security, compliance, and governance related to IAM.
- Develop and document IAM policies and procedures.
- Design, architect, and implement robust identity and access management solutions using Azure AD, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Develop and implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions to enhance security posture and user authentication processes.
- Configure and manage Azure AD Connect to enable seamless synchronization of on-premises directories with Azure AD.
- Develop and enforce Conditional Access Policies (CAP) to control access based on specific conditions and factors.
- Integrate B2B and B2C solutions to enable secure collaboration and authentication with external partners and customers.
- Provide expertise in Azure security, including implementing security best practices, monitoring, and incident response.
- Utilize Microsoft Defender and other security tools to detect, investigate, and mitigate security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Implement data governance and compliance solutions using Microsoft Purview to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
