Dialysis Technologist

**Patient monitoring**:Closely observe patients during dialysis, monitoring vital signs, blood pressure, and any potential complications or adverse reactions.
- **Dialysis machine operation**:Set up, operate, and maintain dialysis machines according to established protocols, including adjusting treatment parameters as needed.
- **Access management**:Assist with the insertion and maintenance of vascular access devices (fistulas, catheters) used for dialysis.
- **Patient preparation**:Prepare patients for dialysis by taking vital signs, weighing them, and reviewing medical history.
- **Sterile technique**:Maintain a clean and sterile work environment to prevent infection.
- **Patient education**:Explain the dialysis process to patients and their families, including pre
- and post-dialysis care instructions.
- **Documentation**:Accurately record patient data, including vital signs, treatment parameters, and any complications observed during dialysis.
- **Collaboration with healthcare team**:Work closely with nurses, nephrologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
