**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance.
2. Supervise farm staff and provide guidance on best practices.
3. Monitor crop health, soil quality, and water usage.
4. Implement farm management plans and strategies to optimize yields.
5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
6. Collaborate with agronomists, researchers, and other stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
1. Graduation in Agriculture or related field (BSc Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, etc.).
2. Proven experience in farm management or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and soil science.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
