Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior Field Sales Executive who will travel to different cities to meet existing customers, showcase our latest saree samples, take orders, and build lasting client relationships. This is not a hardcore sales role — it's about maintaining trust, ensuring great follow-ups, and making our clients feel valued.

Key Responsibilities

Visit 7-8 clients per trip (minimum 4 trips per month)

Carry and present physical saree samples to clients

Collect orders and ensure same-day coordination with dispatch team

Maintain strong relationships and improve follow-ups

Collect feedback and client concerns during visits

Submit detailed visit reports via CRM, Excel, and physical logs

Promote new saree designs, qualities, and upsell opportunities

Build client trust and become their go-to point of contact

What Success Looks Like

28-32 client visits per month

Orders collected from at least 70% of visits

Upsell to 20%+ of existing clients

Consistent CRM + Excel reporting

High customer satisfaction and retention

1-3 years of experience in B2B field sales (têxtiles/apparel preferred, but not mandatory)

Willing to travel regularly (3-4 days a week)

Comfortable handling physical samples and taking orders

Well-groomed, confident, and fluent in Hindi

Basic skills in WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools

Honest, loyal, and great at building relationships

अब हम अपने पुराने ग्राहकों से मिलने के लिए एक भरोसेमंद फील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश में हैं।

काम की जिम्मेदारी

हर ट्रिप में 7-8 ग्राहकों से मिलना

साड़ी के फिजिकल सैंपल लेकर दिखाना

ऑर्डर लेना और ऑफिस को जानकारी देना

ग्राहकों से बातचीत करके भरोसा बनाना

फीडबैक लेना और रिपोर्ट बनाना

हर ट्रिप की रिपोर्ट Excel/CRM/रजिस्टर में भरना

नए डिज़ाइन दिखाकर ज्यादा ऑर्डर लेने की कोशिश करना

आपसे क्या उम्मीद है

महीने में कम से कम 28-32 क्लाइंट विज़िट

70% से ज्यादा क्लाइंट से ऑर्डर मिलना

20% ग्राहकों को नया माल या ज्यादा क्वांटिटी बेचना

सभी रिपोर्ट समय से देना

ग्राहक खुश रहें और बार-बार ऑर्डर करें
