**Job Title: Data Entry Operator - Warehouse**

**Location**: Pune (Hinjewadi )

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: 15000 to 18000

**Skills**: SAP Software will be an advantage

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data for inbound (inward) and outbound (outward) goods in SAP software.
- Maintain and manage records of product receipts, stock movements, and shipments within SAP.
- Track inventory levels and ensure that inward and outward shipments are recorded promptly and accurately in the system.
- Generate reports for inventory audits, order fulfillment, and stock levels using SAP.
- Verify that all inbound and outbound shipments are properly documented and match physical inventory counts.
- Monitor the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the correct entry of products and their locations within SAP.
- Process orders for dispatch, ensuring that outgoing goods are accurately recorded, packed, and labeled.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date inventory control, including monitoring stock levels and reordering when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth warehouse operations and accurate data entry.
- Handle any discrepancies or errors in data and work with the team to resolve them quickly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
