A Vendor Coordinator should be able to multitask effectively while demonstrating exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The Vendor Coordinator is responsible for identifying suitable vendors, negotiating with vendors to secure the best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations.
**Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Identification and Selection**: Shortlist and analyze new vendors based on company needs and quality standards.
**Vendor Registration and Onboarding**: Register new vendors on board and maintain accurate records of their capabilities and performance.
**Project Vendor Management**: Select and manage the required vendors for specific projects, ensuring they meet project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with project teams to understand their vendor needs and ensure the right vendors are selected.
**Vendor Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related inquiries and issues.
Maintain open and effective communication with vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and problem resolution.
**Proposal and Documentation Management**: Keep detailed records of all vendor proposals, contracts, and performance metrics for easy reference and analysis.
**Material Management**: Maintain a material library, ensuring all materials are cataloged and available for reference.
Manage and oversee the material, ensuring efficient procurement and utilization of materials.
**Vendor Data Management**: Maintain an organized list of shortlisted vendors, contractors, and brands, including detailed data on their performance and capabilities.
Regularly update vendor information to reflect the most current and accurate data.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Vendor Coordinator or in a similar role.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
4. Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Pay: ₹15,920.09 - ₹53,607.04 per month
Schedule:

- Manauli, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
