- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or
Management with 3+ years of experience in development and Object
Customization in Oracle CX Sales
- Should have sound knowledge and hands on
experience of Groovy script development and new custom objects development
- Should have hands on experience in development
of custom UI pages using VBCS.
- Should have hands on experience in Third
- Should have hands on experience on ICS and
IDCS cloud and its integration components
- Should have hands on experience in
developing reports and
- Strong Programming skills, as well as the
ability to review complex code bases written by others.
- Desirable *
- Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and
OTBI Analytics Cloud
- Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle
