Store Keeper

**Job description**:
**Store Keeper/ Manager includes**managing inventory, ensuring customer service, and maintaining safety and compliance**. Inventory management**
- Plan and order inventory based on sales trends, seasonality, and customer preferences
- Ensure the store has enough stock to meet customer demand
- Monitor stock levels and adjust inventory as needed
- Track the movement of goods and maintain accurate records

**Customer service**
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
- Create a friendly environment for customers

**Safety and compliance**
- Ensure the store follows all regulations and safety protocols
- Monitor store safety and security procedures
- Ensure health and safety compliance

Store staff management, Lead and manage store staff, Train and develop new staff, and Plan rotating schedules.

**Other responsibilities**
- Receiving goods from suppliers and checking for damage
- Fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently
- Initiating purchase requisitions and stopping purchases when necessary

Pay: ₹28,001.45 - ₹60,555.02 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
