We are looking for meticulous and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as **Data Annotation Trainee/Executives**. In this role, you will be responsible for labeling, categorizing, and annotating various types of data such as images, videos, text, and audio to train machine learning models. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the AI/ML industry and gain valuable experience in data processing.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Label and annotate data such as images, text, audio, and video according to predefined guidelines.
- Accurately categorize and tag data with labels, keywords, or metadata.
- Work closely with the machine learning and data science teams to provide high-quality annotated data for training AI models.
- Review and correct errors or inconsistencies in the annotated data to ensure quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and provide feedback on annotation guidelines.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity goals without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with annotation tools and techniques provided by the company.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong observational skills with the ability to identify minute details in images, text, or videos.
- **Ability to Follow Instructions**: Ability to strictly follow annotation guidelines and meet specified criteria.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors for feedback and improvements.
- **Time Management**: Capable of working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining data quality.
- **Interest in AI/ML**: A basic understanding or interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data processing.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Previous experience in data labeling or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with any data annotation tools (e.g., Labelbox, Supervisely, VGG Image Annotator etc.) is a bonus.
