Marketing Trainee

**Job Location**: Patna

**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Objective: To assist in the execution of sales and marketing strategies, conduct market research, and support sales efforts, contributing to the overall growth and brand visibility of SWAIN ALUMINIUM PVT. LTD.

Title: Marketing Trainee

Function: Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
Lead Creation: Identify and generate new business leads through various marketing channels.

Distributor Visits: Regularly visit and engage with distributors to strengthen relationships, gather market feedback, and ensure the effective promotion of Swain Aluminium products.

Marketing Activities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Swain Aluminium's products and services.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with necessary marketing materials and support.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Communication: Maintain effective communication with potential clients, existing customers, and distributors to build and maintain relationships.

Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and distributor engagement.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Any Degree (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred)

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in market research and data analysis.

Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Knowledge of marketing strategy implementation.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience: 0-1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role is desirable.
