Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects. Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. Ensure all documents are up to date and accessible.
- Communication:Serve as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and communicate project status updates.
- Resource Management: Help coordinate resources and schedules, ensuring that project milestones are met. Assist in the allocation of team members based on project needs.
- Quality Assurance: Support quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Training and Support: Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members or stakeholders regarding project tools and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools ( Microsoft Teams).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of educational technologies and trends in the EdTech industry.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
