**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Produce**: Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and templates for a wide range of media, including websites, social media, print materials, and advertisements.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
- **Conceptualize**: Develop creative concepts and design solutions that are innovative and effective.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar role.
- **Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Portfolio**: A compelling portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- **Creativity**: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design for digital platforms.
