**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To act as a liaison between the customer and the automobile service technicians
- Communicate service recommendations and the status of repairs to the customer
- Greet customers and listen to their needs regarding their vehicle's maintenance or repair requirements
- Recommend solutions and estimate repair costs to the customer based on the technician's diagnosis
- Schedule service appointments and ensure that all required parts and supplies are available
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Communicate the service recommendations and repair status to the customer in a clear and concise manner
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all service transactions and customer interactions
- Regular follow Ups regarding customer enquiry and Vehicle Services
- Collaborate with the service technicians to ensure that repairs are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
- Stay current with the latest automotive technologies, products, and services

**Experience**:Fresher - 3 years of Proven Previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically in a service advisory role, is preferred
