**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring regulatory compliance with country and local requirements in all areas of environmental, health, and safety.
- Managing overall Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs for multiple facilities across India.
- Compliance - Ensure up-to-date compliance checks are updated and maintained with country/local laws and non-adherences are addressed on priority.
- Successfully complete/pass all internal and external audit requirements.
- Good knowledge of Waste Management Rules and their amendments.
- Manage site EHS programs, including routine risk assessments, facilitating corrective measures as necessary, and anticipating program needs based on relevant business conditions and developments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS programs, including recognizing and reporting any potential deficient situations/conditions with appropriate corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver site-specific EHS training to meet facility needs; including regulatory and best management practices.
- Coordinate proper handling and disposition of facility waste materials, statutory audits, and compliances with downstream vendors.
- Coordinate and ensure that all audits of the Company’s clients are planned and handled with all observations and compliances closed to the satisfaction of the client.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
