**Responsibilities**:

- **Tailor training content to the students**: Adapt training materials and delivery methods to suit the learning styles and skill levels of diverse students.
- **Effectively communicate complex technical concepts**: Utilize clear and concise language, along with practical examples and demonstrations, to ensure knowledge retention.
- **Facilitate interactive learning sessions**: Encourage active participation through discussions, activities, and hands-on exercises.
- **Evaluate student learning**: Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding.
- **Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies**: Continuously update knowledge and skills to ensure training programs reflect current industry practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BCA, B.Tech. preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the IT industry (experience in training delivery is a plus).
- Strong understanding of fundamental IT concepts and ability to explain them in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom setting.
- Proficiency in using relevant training and presentation tools.
- While a B.Tech or BCA is preferred, individuals with strong IT experience and demonstrably effective training skills from other relevant backgrounds may also be considered.

Must know HTML, JAVA, JAVA SCRIPT, CSS, C/C++, PHOTOSHOP, PYTHON, ASP, PHP

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
