**What You'll Bring**:

- Job Description The Team Focus The Enterprise Architecture team drives Technology transformation of TU. We provide the leadership and oversight of Technical architecture and modernization at TU, as well as architecture governance in addition to running day to day operations. The architect will be work as product owner for BizzDesign, TU Enterprise Technology Information & Insights tool and will be working with leadership to define, execute, and operationalize BizzDesign into TU Enterprise processes. If you like rolling up your sleeves, working with architects & other stakeholders and executives across various domains and integrating BizzDesign with various enterprise level tools this is might be a role for you. How You Will Contribute: Technical Breath - You will be responsible for capturing the requirements of BizzDesign and our architectural model. - You will be responsible for maintaining the overall BizzDesign roadmap and socialization of BizzDesign capabilities. - You will be responsible for meta model creation including object introduction and model compliance. - You will be responsible for working with various stakeholders in driving integration with various enterprise tools. - You will be responsible for creating and maintaining various executive dashboards. - You will be responsible for managing and maintaining data quality in BizzDesign - You will be responsible for access control & governance, user and license management - You will be responsible for business and technology value methodology and risk scoring - You will be responsible for show casing and socializing capabilities of BizzDesign You will review and publish trends to improve BizzDesign tool usage and best practices Leadership & Collaboration - You will have ability to work in a fast paced environment - You will have ability to work with various architect leads, domain architects, and other enterprise stakeholders in making sure the processes are well communicated in adapting architecture processes and timely delivery of required artifacts to the governance councils. - You will be hands on contributor, work with the broader Enterprise Architecture team to define the architecture processes, solicit feedback from stakeholders, implement the process and strives to improve processes to optimize value to various council members and participating stakeholders - You will be able to build strong partnerships with various architecture domain leads and architects to deliver outcomes for TU - You will be a true collaborator that partners with various Sr. leadership across various stakeholders in the technology, information security, procurement, and compliance and other business areas to drive and align governance processes with enterprise processes.

Financial Acumen - You will act as a business owner for BizzDesign in partnership with Enterprise Architecture leadership, making sure the right licenses are allocated to right resources and license costs are managed as per budget Executive Communication - You will be comfortable presenting new processes as well as changes, outcome metrics, and operational metrics various senior stakeholders.
