Roles & Responsibilities:
- Qualify and process incoming and assigned leads through proactive cold calling and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them through the initial stages of the sales or design process.
- Schedule meetings, consultations, and coordinate effectively with internal sales and design teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track customer interactions, lead status, and sales progress.
- Ensure timely and efficient handover of qualified leads to the appropriate sales or design consultants with all necessary background information.
- Handle client concerns with professionalism, ensuring quick resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage client expectations, improve communication flow, and meet deadlines.
- Share lead insights and feedback with sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies and enhance conversion rates.
- Work toward monthly targets by converting qualified leads and supporting end-to-end sales closure.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, client coordination, CRM, or inside sales
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different departments
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
