**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Translate mockups, wireframes, and prototypes into functional, production-ready code
- Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across all platforms and devices
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers
- Maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries
- Stay up-to-date with modern design trends and front-end best practices

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in front-end design and development
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React, Next js Vue.js, or similar is a plus)
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Photoshop
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and performance
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI work and front-end implementation

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, etc.)
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS)
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms or static site generators
- Some back-end knowledge (Node.js, APIs) is a plus
