**Key Responsibilities**
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Design infographics, presentations, and visual content for real estate projects and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs for Connection Point and Chennai Realtor.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, creating engaging and polished content.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and animations to enhance video quality.
- Manage sound editing, including background music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
- Collaborate on storytelling and concept development for video projects.
- **Content Management**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align designs and videos with campaign goals.
- Optimize video and graphic content for multiple platforms, ensuring high engagement.
- Maintain a library of assets, including templates, footage, and design elements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Expertise in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific design/video requirements.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in creating content for real estate or related industries.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering tools or virtual tour creation (bonus).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
