**Roles and Responsibilities : Medical Camp Coordinator**
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers, NGOs, and relevant authorities to secure necessary resources and permissions.
- Develop a comprehensive plan for the medical camp, including location, date, and duration.
- Create a budget and secure funding or sponsorships if needed.

**Logistics Management**:

- Coordinate with vendors for equipment, medical supplies, and any other necessary resources.
- Arrange transportation for medical staff and supplies to the event location.
- Set up registration and patient flow systems to manage the crowd efficiently.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals:

- Recruit and coordinate with medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
- Ensure proper licensing and credentials of healthcare providers.
- Orient medical staff on the camp's goals, protocols, and expectations.
- Community Outreach and Promotion:

- Develop promotional materials to raise awareness about the medical camp within the society.
- Utilize various communication channels, such as flyers, social media, and community newsletters, to reach residents.
- Coordinate with local leaders or influencers to promote the event.

**Volunteer Management**:

- Recruit and manage volunteers to assist with non-medical tasks, such as registration, crowd control, and logistics.
- Conduct training sessions for volunteers on their roles and responsibilities.

**Patient Care Coordination**:

- Develop a system for patient registration, consultation scheduling, and follow-up care.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy are maintained throughout the event.
- Coordinate with local healthcare facilities for referrals and additional care if necessary.

**Post-event Evaluation**:

- Collect feedback from both medical staff and attendees for continuous improvement.
- Prepare a post-event report detailing the number of patients served, services provided, and any notable achievements or challenges.

- _Working hours 9 to 10hrs_
- _Morning shift from 10am_
- _Sal Budget with travel allowance up to 25k_

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
