**Jewellery (Diamond) Sales Executive - Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery that matches their needs and budget.
- Present product features, quality, certifications, and benefits of diamonds clearly and persuasively.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diamond types, pricing, market trends, and promotions.
- Handle customer queries, order follow-ups, and after-sales service professionally.
- Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and showroom upkeep.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of diamond quality parameters (cut, color, clarity, carat).
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and presentable personality.

**Salary**: Competitive + incentives as per company policy.
