We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for connecting with potential international clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel across India to source products from farmers, enhancing your understanding of the supply chain.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our superfood products.
- Identify and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable with travelling across India on short notice.
- Strong command over English and Hindi mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in sales or tele calling is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

- You understand that the salary for this role is based totally on your ability to sell. There is no fixed component. But instead you earn a huge 5% of whatever amount you can sell at the end of the month. We will train you thoroughly how to close more deals. Throughout the month you actually need to put in the effort to earn the money. There is NO UPPER LIMIT to how much you can earn in this. If you sell 10 Lakhs, that means you earn 5% of 10 Lakhs = 50,000. If you sell 1 Crore, you earn 5% of 1 Crore = 5 Lakhs.
