**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop **architectural designs** and create **3D models** using software like **Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino**.
- Produce **high-quality renders** using **V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or other rendering software**.
- Enhance and edit architectural visuals using **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other image editing tools**.
- Work closely with the design team to create **presentation-ready images, marketing materials, and photorealistic renderings**.
- Adjust lighting, textures, and compositions to create **aesthetic and realistic architectural visuals**.
- Ensure consistency in design presentations across various **marketing and client proposals**.
- Stay updated with the latest rendering and photo editing trends to improve workflow.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in **Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field**.
- **2+ years** of experience in architectural design and visualization.
- Proficiency in **3D modeling software** (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
- Experience with **rendering engines** (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Corona, etc.).
- Strong photo editing skills in **Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator** (or alternatives like Affinity Photo).
- Understanding of **composition, lighting, and color correction** for realistic visualizations.
- **Portfolio showcasing architectural renders and edited images**.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality visuals.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **video editing tools** (Premiere Pro, After Effects) for architectural animations.
- Experience with **VR/AR visualization tools**.
- Strong communication skills to **present ideas to clients and internal teams**.
