**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Individual Counseling**: Provide personalized counseling sessions to students and professionals to explore career options, educational opportunities, and personal development goals.
- **Sales Strategy**: Developing a sales strategy that includes creating a pipeline of potential enquiries, and employing effective sales tactics to achieve Salesfigures.
- **Target-Oriented**:We are a highly target-focused company seeking individuals who excel at achieving specific goals. Success in this role requires meeting and surpassing monthly targets consistently.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Understanding who your competitors are and what they offer can help in positioning your product or service more effectively.
- **Customer Needs Assessment**: The ability to assess and understand the unique needs of educational institutions or educators is key. This involves listening to clients, conducting needs assessments, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- **Educational Guidance**: Assist Students in choosing educational programs/ courses that align with their career aspirations and academic needs.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, Student progress, and outcomes. Prepare reports and evaluations as needed.
- **Qualifications:

- **Education**:Graduate any stream,
- **Experience**: Minimum of 25 years of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or Selling vocational training courses
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with Students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in career assessment tools and counseling techniques.
- Knowledge of current educational and job market trends.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- **Personal Qualities**: Empathetic, patient, and committed to helping Students achieve their goals. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
