**Job Title**: IT Executive

**Job Overview**:The IT executive responsible for overseeing the technology strategy and operations within an organization. The role involves aligning technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring the stability and security of IT systems, and driving innovation to maintain a competitive edge.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other executives to understand business needs and recommend technological solutions.

**Technology Infrastructure**:Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's technology infrastructure.
Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems.

**Information Security**:Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's data and information.
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and implement measures to mitigate risks.

**Innovation and Technology Trends**:Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations that can enhance the organization's competitiveness.

Maintaining ERP and Networking responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a track record of successful technology management.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with industry compliance and regulatory standards.
- Project management skills and experience.
