**We’re Hiring | QA/Tester - Banking Data Migration Projects**

**Location**: Bangalore (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)
**Experience**: 5+ Years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse requirements, design **test strategies** & develop detailed test plans.
- Create, execute & maintain **test cases/scripts** across functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and track **defects**; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Perform **root cause analysis** & communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Contribute to **test automation** initiatives for efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams in an **Agile environment**.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).

**Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ 5+ years’ experience in a **Test Analyst/QA role** (client-facing).
✔ Strong **T-SQL skills** for data selection & validation.
✔ Experience in **financial services** (retail & business banking highly valued).
✔ Hands-on with **large data migration & integration programs**.
✔ Knowledge of **test automation frameworks** & scripting languages.
✔ Experience with **Jira Xray, Confluence, defect tracking tools** (preferred).
✔ Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
✔ Willing to work **minimum 2 days onsite in Bangalore**.
