**Solar Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Technician - Rooftop Solar Projects**

**Location**:
Multiple sites across **Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh**

**Job Summary**:
The technician will be responsible for the **operation, preventive and corrective maintenance** of rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This includes ensuring optimal system performance, conducting inspections, troubleshooting faults, and maintaining safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **routine inspections** and **preventive maintenance** of rooftop solar PV systems.
- Clean solar panels and ensure **maximum energy output**.
- Diagnose and repair faults in inverters, wiring, and other system components.
- Monitor system performance using remote monitoring tools and on-site checks.
- Maintain detailed **service logs and reports** for each site.
- Ensure compliance with **electrical safety standards** and company protocols.
- Coordinate with site managers and clients for maintenance schedules.
- Respond to **emergency breakdowns** and restore system functionality promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in **Electrical**, **Electronics**, or **Renewable Energy**.
- Minimum **1-3 years** of experience in solar PV maintenance.
- Familiarity with **AC/DC wiring**, inverter systems, and rooftop safety protocols.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of **solar PV technology** and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and schematics**.
- Hands-on experience with **tools and testing equipment**.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel between sites in Kanpur.

**Employment Type**:
Full-time

**Salary**:
₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
