- Position: Cybersecurity Associate
- Location: Ahmedabad for inhouse training and later will be placed at project location anywhere in India
- Department: Managed Security Services
- The Cybersecurity Associate is responsible for designing, developing, or recommending integrated security system and physical control solutions that will ensure proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected. Participates with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs. Configures and validates secure systems and physical controls, and tests security products and systems to detect security weakness.
**Detailed Job Description**:
- Understand a variety of network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, ATM, SNMP, SMTP, SSH, SSL, VPN, RDP, HTTP and HTTPS.
- Operate SIEM consoles in order to monitor the environment threat and incidents.
- Understand cyber-attack methods.
- Perform analysis of security logs in an attempt to detect unauthorized behavior.
- Document and contain security incidents detected on the network.
- Execute incident response process when a security incident has been declared.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware on government networks.
- Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.
- Document and present findings to management suitable for customer.
- Work in rotational shifts including weekends & holidays.
- Monitor IT systems and report technical issues as per process defined.
- Coordinate with customers to solve issues.
- Provide daily reports to Team Leader.
- Carry out analysis of security events and report problems.
- Meet SLA requirements.
- Ready to commit to work for 2 years.
**Education and skills**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Have strong knowledge of IT networking Concepts.
- Must skills - Excellent command over verbal and written English.
**Employment Conditions**:
- This training will include but not limited to hands on experience on dedicated demo environment & live like environment with shadowing under cybersecurity expert, Use cases and multiple log / incident management tools.
- Ready to relocate at Ahmedabad (Gujarat) location for training and later will be deployed anywhere PAN India / Overseas as per the project location.
- Upon joining, immediately Technical Training will be initiated which will be for period of approximately 3 to 4 months. The total cost for this training is Rs. 2,00,000. Company do not charge employee for this training, but employee will be required to sign **Training Agreement** of Rs. 2 Lakh and for two (2) years with the company.
- Cheque of Rs. 2,00,000 to be given by employee towards security at the time of joining. This cheque will not be encashed but kept with the company and same cheque will be handed over back to the respective employee after completion of two (2) years with us. The cheque will only be utilized upon breaching of Training Agreement of two years.
- Employee is required to submit Original LC, HSC Marksheet, HSC Passing Certificate, and last highest university educational marksheet & passing certificate to the company on the day of joining - The same will be returned by the company post completion of continuous two (2) years of services from the date of joining.
