**Job Title**: Tech Support Executive - Hindi Voice Process (Delivery Partner Onboarding)

**Languages Required**:Fluent Hindi** (mandatory), Basic English (preferred)

**Job Summary**

We are hiring **Tech Support Executives** for our **Hindi Voice Process** to assist and onboard **delivery partners** over phone calls. You will guide new delivery partners through the registration process, resolve their technical issues, and ensure smooth onboarding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential delivery partners
- Guide them through the sign-up and document verification process
- Help with app installation, login issues, and activation steps
- Resolve basic technical problems related to the onboarding app
- Explain delivery policies, incentives, and support channels
- Follow up on incomplete registrations and encourage completion
- Maintain call logs and update CRM records accurately
- Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in **Hindi**:

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and troubleshooting
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
- Customer-centric attitude with a sales-oriented approach
- Basic data entry and computer skills

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate (any stream)
- Prior BPO/voice process experience preferred (not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
